You will find a charming, cosy and elegant environment, able to offer the comfort of a five- bedroom home and of fascinating outdoor areas. Despite being an antique countryside home, the current position near the city centre will invite you to spend enjoyable evenings walking in its narrow streets, called “caruggi”, or to easily reach one of the many typical restaurants to taste the incredible Tabarchina cuisine. Characteristics
The house, realised in local stone in the first half of the 19th century, looks like a typical countryside house of that period. It is a single-storey house, except for the belvedere turret placed on the first floor.
The house was built by the ancestors of the actual owners, and in 2020 it has been renovated in respect of its character, its history and the ancient fascination thanks to the use of some original materials and architectural elements.
The villa has a swimmingpool 5x4m surrounded by a solarium, made entirely of wood, furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs and parasols.
A delightful balcony with a view on the seaside and a wide garden characterised by secular Pittosporum and Myrtle hedges conclude the house. There you can enjoy the sunshine in tranquillity and taste your breakfast outdoors, or even better you can dine under the stars. A 6x4m pool and a solarium are just being realised.
Facilities
The house has its own wi-fi, autonomous air-conditioning, relax spaces, a swimming pool and external shower. Domestic water is heated using renewable energy sources. Every room is soundproof, and that guarantees the maximal privacy possible to the guests.
Hot and cold buffet breakfast is given, and a tea/coffee machine is available 24/7.
The outdoor spaces are enlightened through led lights. The private parking can host three cars. A free public parking is available nearby.
Animals are not admitted.
Spaces
Walking along a path and going up few steps you get to the patio in front of the entrance to the villa.
A wide glass window gives access to the living room, from which you can reach the typical kitchen of the house. Here you can find an induction cooker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, a double-door fridge and small household appliances. Supplies are available for 12 people.
From the kitchen, if you climb a picturesque wood stair, you reach the turret bedroom. The wooden rooftop, ceramic alcoves and the beautiful view are its best features. From the living room, the hallway leads to the other four bedrooms.
